Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 39 year old man who presented to physicians with
vertigo and nausea. A discussion of diagnostic testing which was conducted on the
patient and resulted in him receiving a diagnosis of benign paroxysmal positional
vertigo and horizontal semicircular canal occlusion is presented Successful surgery
which was conducted on the patient and resulted in a return of good health is
discussed.
