dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines the relationship between water and the winemaking industry through an integrated architectural approach to the landscape. The emphasis is on the refinement of water use for vineyard irrigation and wine processing, and the promotion of the value of water by celebrating a productive landscape. The proposition is explored through the design of a winery and its associated grapes to produce the wines. | en_US |
